We understand everyone has a different story, sometimes with similar threads. We understand people have different goals depending on where they are and how they see their future. We believe small progress is progress worthy of celebrating.
Sessions take shape as one-on-one conversations free from judgment that provide clients the space to envision and explore goals for their future. Using a person-centered approach our coaches encourage clients to share their inner dialogue to the extent they feel comfortable. Insights come from thought provoking questions, reflecting, and summarizing client ideas for the client to consider from different perspectives.
