As in many professions, the coaching profession requires learner coaches to complete a practicum coaching clients. Coaching is an approach that enables the client to reflect on goals and develop a process by which to achieve these goals. The coach, through generative questioning, accompanies the client as they discover possible outcomes.
I am completing such a practicum as a learning coach through UBC and am offering coaching sessions at no cost to anyone interested until December 31, 2023. There is no long-term commitment, sessions can be singular or a series of sessions. All sessions are confidential and bound by the ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
